We make it a priority to go beyound the wellness of the matt and host wellness retreats and outdoor workshops. Past gatherings have included healing modalities like reiki, sound therapy, aromatherapy, holistic self-care, and talk circles.

Take a breath of fresh air and enjoy the outdoors while you stretch and strengthen your body and mind. We are lucky to live in such a beautiful area and at The Summer Moon, we recognize that and take advantage of it. Throughout the year, as weather allows, we offer classes outside on location at farms, lakes, paddle boarding, parks, etc.

Ceremonial Day Retreat in Honor of the Mother Within and Around Us
Join us for a day retreat of horse medicine, the rhythm of the land, and the power of women gathering to honor the energy of mother. Through breath and movement, we arrive in our bodies. Through the land, we remember the rhythm of the Earth. Through creation, we imprint intention with indigo and cloth. Through sisterhood, we share a meal and stories under open sky. Through journaling and cosmic reflection, we gather the threads of our inner knowing. And then— in the quiet, powerful presence of horses— we sit, soften, and listen. The horses, ever grounded and deeply intuitive, reflect the truth of who we are. They invite us to exchange energy, to meet our own stillness, and to witness what wants to be seen. In this sacred field, we are held in wholeness—physical, emotional, and energetic. We remember that we are both human and soul, both wild and wise.
