  • Breathwork is a bottom-up processing somatic modality, which is helpful if you are seeking to safely access the source of stressors that have been stored in your tissues and nervous system. By allowing these trapped energies in your body to flow again, you begin to transform, creating room for new insights and clarity to emerge in your life, one breath at a time.

    Many of us have imbalances in our physical, emotional, energetic, and nervous systems, that naturally begin to balance through the use of conscious breathing techniques, and personal effects vary.

  • Super fun stand-up paddle yoga classes! No experience is necessary. Teachers will guide you every step of the way. Everything from the parts of the board to standing yoga postures. There is nothing like savasana on the water!
