FACILITATORS

  • Moon

Gold Dust Mama, the founder and creator of this grass roots gathering. Moon has poured her heart and hands into this offering by learning the land and connecting deeply with the facilitators to co-create something special for years to come. Owner of The Summer Moon, bringing yoga, meditation and nature together to grow community. Moon has been teaching yoga and leading gatherings for close to 20 years. Being in nature, connecting with people, plants and animals and cultivating ritual through these practices is her path. If you can’t find her, she’s probably playing in the forest, wrangling her kids or petting a horse.

Moon will be facilitating the weekend, leading daily yoga and the indigo dyeing workshop with Clair.

I feel that a part of my purpose on this planet is to invite people to discover the innate freedom within their bodies through the power of breath and energy. We are here to connect deeply to ourselves, our uniqueness, and explore the wisdom that lies within.

I began a practice of kriya yoga, breathwork, and meditation. I became certified in therapeutic Reiki and breathwork through the Owaken Breathwork Facilitator course.

Using these modalities for my own growth, I began releasing attachments to memories from the past, physical and emotional pain from my body, and stress related to imagined future situations. Little by little, I’ve been softening in to who I’ve always been meant to be.

I believe deeply that everyone has the ability to be their own healer and has unique magic they can contribute to the world. We are all here to tap into our own unique gifts, passions, and joy!

I practice trauma-informed facilitation, as safety for every client is my top priority during a session.

  • Tiffany

Over the past decade, I have explored a variety of healing modalities, numerous courses, books, and trainings to support me along my personal healing journey, as well as fuel my service work on Earth. Through my travels, I have held women's circles in 5 countries, including the US, Mexico, Guatemala, Israel/Palestine and Egypt.

I aim to provide a nourishing space for women to embrace their cyclical bodies, develop authentic self-love, restore vibrancy to their sensuality & sexuality, while remembering the power of sisterhood. I offer embodiment practices that invite women to release stuck emotions and wounds - reawakening their innate heart-womb wisdom.

Hoop Hag has been exploring hula hooping for over five years: first as a student in gym classes, then alone in the garage during covid years, and most recently as a certified Hoop Love hula hoop teacher. She’s a Gen X raised by wolves, recovering people pleaser party girl, but Hoop Hag accidentally discovered a direct line to Joy, Body Release, Serotonin and the practice of Play through the Hoop. She sees all the cute lil' gals on the socials with their intimidating tricks, but Hoop Hag is here to say: if you’re a beginner, if you’re a middle-aged Swiftie, if you always wanted to but were too shy to try - we can learn hula hooping.

If Hoop Hag can do it… so can You!

What to expect: basic hula hooping tips for keeping your circle moving, explorations of where the circle can take us, on and off body tricks and play, introduction to the three-song practice and the important element of the playlist. BYO hula hoop for the weekend, or use one of the many hoops that will be available in a variety of sizes and weights.
